I bought Premium/Online Course, but I can't access it

Can I gift Premium for a friend?

It is unfortunately not possible to purchase a membership for someone else at this time.

I already have some of the meditations that you gave me for free. Can I exchange them to other ones?

Unfortunately, no. The meditations are pre-selected and they cannot be exchanged. The good news is that you now have 50% off on all meditations so you can get any ones you like half the price!

Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

To change your subscription type you need to cancel the one you have currently. After you cancel you'll have access to Premium Content until the end of the subsciption expiracy date that's listed on that same page just under the cancellation button.

How can I cancel/unsubscribe?

Find the guide here. If you have a legacy membership that is being paid via PayPal, cancel it via your PayPal account or contact us here for assistance.

When does my membership expire?

Is Premium a one-time payment or a recurring subscription?

Premium is a recurring subscription. But you can always cancel!.

I forgot to enter the discount code, can you refund me?
